3rd InterRail Tour of EYP-Ukraine

You’ve been waiting for this event for 3 years…

New people, new cities, new emotions…
It’s not usual EYP session…
It’s 3d InterRail tour of EYP - Ukraine!



5 teams of officials (5 people each, 25 altogether) will sail off, or better say ‘rail off’ to 5 different destinations in Ukraine holding a mini-session in each of three cities.

The regions are as following:

West Up: Lviv – Lutsk - Rivne
West Down: Chernivtsi – Ternopil - Khmelnytsky
Center: Kremenchuk - Cherkasy – Chernigiv
East Up: Sumy – Kharkiv - Lugansk
East Down: Dnipropetrovsk – Donetsk – Kryvyi Rih



Each team of officials will spend 2 days in every city and then move to the next one using a train or, in some cases, a bus. In each city there will be an EYP-session held, including Teambuilding, Committee Work and General Assembly and gathering 40 participants per city. Altogether one team will hold three mini-sessions – one after another.



Mobile Team = 1 President + 3 Chairs +1 Travelling Organiser



All discussions will be held under the umbrella topic «Smart Technology = Practical Ecology».

 

Before the start of the Tour all officials will gather in Kyiv on Sunday, September 9, 2012, for Officials Teambuilding. On returning, which is September, 16, Closing Ceremony and Farewell Party will be awaiting for the whole Team.
